Bookings & Beyond was founded to give holiday-let owners a better way to run their properties. We're based in Hampshire and work with owners nationwide. We work as your co-host, not a faceless agency. You stay in control of your home, and we take care of everything else: listings, marketing, guest communications, cleaning and turnovers, so you can enjoy the income without the hassle.

Founder & DirectorI've always loved property. Working in commercial real estate sales and marketing in Dubai, one of the toughest markets in the world, showed me just how much a great first impression and genuine service matter. Alfie and I started Bookings & Beyond because we knew owners deserved better: someone who treats their home like their own and keeps them in the loop. And for guests, I want every stay to feel special from the moment they book.

Founder & DirectorIt's the day-to-day that makes a holiday home great. I've spent years in management and marketing within the property sector, and I've learned that it's the little details that matter most. Getting those right is what turns a good stay into a great one. Property has always been a passion of mine, and building this business with Tom means I get to put that care into every home we look after.
