Tucked away on a quiet private road in Hayling Island's seafront estate, Hayling Beach House is a two-minute stroll from the beach, with no main road between you and the sea.
Inside there's a spacious kitchen diner with dishwasher and washer-dryer, a lounge with a wood-burning stove that opens onto the front garden, a dining table for six and a bright conservatory leading out to the back.
The front garden catches the morning sun and the back garden the evening sunset, with outdoor dining for six. Shops, pubs, cafés, the sailing club and the marina are all close by.
Bedrooms
Three double bedrooms: a king and two queens. The principal bedrooms have sea views, one with its own balcony. A family bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a separate WC downstairs. Fresh linen and towels provided.
